We set up our embroidery service on its own simple website to make it easy for you to order and reorder as needed. We offer the industry's best pricing with the industry's best quality and service.

To keep things as easy as possible, we allow you to mix styles, colors, and sizes within your order. This way you can try different options and choose from the vast brand selection that we offer. The embroidery will need to remain the same within the order. This ability has been a huge plus for our retail customers that want to try different apparel offerings without having to make a large investment.

FREE SHIPPING, FREE SETUP

You have local vendors that would not involve shipping, so we provide free shipping on all orders over 25 pieces placed in the US Mainland. Our production facility is centrally located so we are able to reach both coasts quickly. Our production time is only 10 business days or less from sign off of your first proof approval.

ALL ITEMS FOLDED AND POLYBAGGED

Our competitors charge setup charges. We don't. Pricing shown on Apparel Monster includes one location of embroidery up to 10,000 stitches. We also fold and polybag each embroidered item. We do ask for a minimum order of only 25 pieces. You can mix styles, colors and sizes to reach the minimum required amount but the logo has to remain the same for the entire order. You can switch logo colors throughout the order at no additional cost, but only one logo can be done per order.

To order, simply place the desired items into your cart, upload your logo in the cart and checkout. We take your logo and convert it into a digitized format for embroidery and provide you with the first proof for approval. Once the first proof is approved and prior to any threads being placed on your items we send you a second digital sewn proof for your approval. Once approved, production of your order begins. The entire process takes 10 business days (normally 2 weeks).

Your order is sent to you via UPS Ground for free (US Mainlaind Only) and your setup is free providing you with instant savings. We keep all of your logo information on file for quick and easy reorders through our site.

You should be able to change your design every order if needed without being punished with additional fees. Free shipping, free setup and you can mix all styles, sizes, and colors of your garments within the same order.

The first proof confirms that the logo has come to us correctly and that the imprint locations and size are correct. Note that garment sizes, colors, and quantities are not able to be altered after this first approval. Production time can take up to 10 business days from this first approval. Prior to the thread being placed on the garments, we will send you Proof 2 which consists of an actual sewn logo on a swatch for final approval during the 10 business day production time.

PROOF 2

The second and final proof shows a photo of an actual sewn logo on a swatch piece of fabric. This way you get a complete idea of how your final order is going to appear. This proof helps to do a final check that we are all on the same page. Once approved, we move to full production and finalize your order.

Final Result

The end result is that you get a great product. We all end up with no questions or doubts on how your order will turn out. Also, we ship out the final product in unmarked boxes so if you are reselling Apparel Monster remains behind the scenes.
